Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

 

To enter the free website giveaway, you must:  

• Make a listing of your business. You must purchase either a Premium Plan ($4 monthly) or a Full Year Plan ($3 monthly). A Standard Plan will not put you in the draw. You will still get the first month free trial.

• Sign up in-between June 1st 2021 – June 30th 2021 to be eligible for this giveaway.

• Businesses that are already listed with us can be eligible.

• This is only for a brand new website. We cannot refresh an already existing website.

Who is eligible: 

• New Zealand businesses only 

• Over the age of 18

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: 

• For each business that signs up and has purchased the eligible plan, the entrant receives 1 entry into the draw. 

• The entrant must have completed payment of a Premium or Full Year Plan within the month of June 2021.

Prize includes:

• One free basic website design (worth $1000+)

Prize does not include:

• Yearly domain hosting & website fee (to be discussed)

• Extras & custom work (to be discussed)

• Business email

• Website maintenance or updates

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

A winner will be drawn at random on 30th of June 2021.  

 

The winner will be notified by a social media announcement, message or email within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The winner’s name/business will be published on our social media or website.
